Opportunity 

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead brand and revenue initiatives for our comprehensive range of educational products and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion while aligning with the company's overall goals. This role offers the exciting opportunity to shape the future of our educational offerings and contribute to the growth of our live events and educational company. 

Responsibilities 

1. Strategic Planning 

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate demand, and drive revenue growth for educational products and services. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with product development, sales, and customer success efforts. 

2. Project Management/content creation 

  • Collaborate with creative teams to create high-quality marketing collateral, including sales materials, product guides, blog posts, and videos. 

  • Ensure consistent and effective communication of product features and benefits. 

  • Lead brand positioning and strategic alignment. 

3. Go-to-Market Strategy: 

  • Lead the development and execution of go-to-market plans for new product launches and updates, ensuring successful product adoption and market penetration. 

  • Define target audiences, value propositions, and messaging for different products and services. 

4. Messaging and Positioning 

  • Craft compelling and differentiated product narratives that resonate with target audiences and address their pain points. 

  • Develop clear positioning and messaging that communicates the unique value of our educational offerings. 

5. Demand Generation 

  • Develop and execute demand generation campaigns to drive interest, engagement, and conversion for educational products and services. 

  • Utilize various marketing channels, including email, social media, webinars, digital advertising, and events. 

6. Market Research and Insights 

  • Leverage our research team to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends. 

  • Use insights to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth. 

7. Performance Tracking and Analysis 

  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize strategies and tactics. 

  • Utilize data to measure the impact of marketing efforts on revenue and brand metrics. 

Qualifications 

The successful candidate will have a variety of general marketing experience, preferably with experience in a B2C environment. He/She must employ strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. As a fast-growing organization, the marketing manager must be able to shift priorities quickly and be flexible in their daily duties and priorities. 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. 

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, product lifecycle, and customer segmentation. 

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner. 

  • Experience in developing go-to-market strategies, messaging, and content creation. 

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make informed decisions. 

  • Exposure to marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools. 

  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns. 

  • Strong analytical and financial acumen.
